First public version of all three policies. Sets the baseline for future revisions.
- Privacy Policy — 11 sections covering data collection, use, sub-processors, GDPR/CCPA rights, cookies, security, and contact.
- Terms of Service — 13 sections covering account use, license (including explicit prohibition on using Platform content to train AI models), payment, mentor reviews, termination, warranty disclaimer, liability cap, and Delaware/JAMS arbitration with class-action waiver.
- Data Retention Policy — 9 sections including the 12-row retention schedule and self-serve deletion path via Settings.

02Future revisions
Material changes will be:
- Announced in-app via a banner for 14 days (Privacy / Data Retention) or 30 days (Terms) before they take effect.
- Emailed to all active users at least 14 or 30 days in advance.
- Listed here.
- Subscribers to the sub-processor RSS feed are notified separately for catalog changes — see /legal/subprocessors.
